Belfair

The Avenue of Oaks is the distinctive entrance to Belfair, one of the top private golf communities in the United States. The location is in Bluffton SC along the Colleton River and on US Highway 278 just five miles from the bridge to Hilton Head Island, 25 miles from Savannah GA, 32 miles from Beaufort and 110 miles from Charleston, SC. The 1,100 acre planned and gated community was developed in 1995 from a working farm that dates from 1811.

Belfair has two Tom Fazio championship golf courses and a 29-acre golf practice center with indoor and covered hitting areas for the video analysis of your swing. The family activity center includes a clay court tennis club with stadium court, a large indoor swimming pool and junior Olympic outdoor pool, deluxe fitness center, locker rooms, softball and soccer fields, playground, basketball and volleyball courts, picnic grounds and nature trails. The Belfair clubhouse is 26,000 square feet.

A second gated entry provides convenient access by car or golf cart to Belfair Towne Village where many stores, restaurants, banks and other services are located.
