About Richard Kadesch
Richard Kadesch is the
Founder, Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Go Gated Realty
Incorporated®. He has 33 years of Hilton Head Island real estate
experience and specializes in the homes and villas of the area’s
planned and gated communities.
Richard is a former licensed South Carolina Homebuilder who lives with
his wife Linda, two dogs and a cat in Indigo Run, a Jack Nicklaus
golf community on Hilton Head Island. Richard graduated in 1972 from
Colgate University in Hamilton, New York where he earned 5 varsity
letters in soccer and tennis and was tennis team Captain and #1
player in 1972. He graduated from Winchester High School in
Winchester Massachusetts in 1968. When he is not selling real
estate, Richard enjoys reading, playing golf, swimming and watching
the Atlanta Braves and New England Patriots. |

About Tony Cartin
Tony Cartin currently lives in Ridgeland, SC. He sells residential
and commercial properties of gated and non-gated communities in
Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville and Ridgeland.
Tony’s family moved to Hilton Head Island in 1982. He attended
Hilton Head Christian Academy and then Hilton Head High School
graduating in 1987. From there he pursued a career in firefighting
and Emergency Medical Services. He is currently a Firefighter and
Paramedic with the Town of Hilton Head Island Fire and Rescue. His
fire department work schedule is 24 hours on-duty and 48 hours
off-duty, giving him ample time to invest in his second career as a
real estate professional. He lives with his wife Lisa and two
children; Jarrett age 17 and Heather age 12. When not working, he
enjoys spending time with his wife and children and their sport of
the season (baseball, football, basketball or cheerleading). Tony
has coached T-ball and youth baseball. He enjoys spending the summer
weekends on the water, boating with family and friends. |
